My name is Seb (Sebastian) Frey, and I’m a Bay Area native. I’ve been a local real estate professional for over twenty years, helping buyers and sellers make the deal that works best for them in the Bay Area real estate market.

In the course of my work, I talk to many homeowners who want to sell their homes, but few of them are excited with the prospect of actually listing them for sale on the MLS. Most people I talk to would prefer to sell their home off-market, directly to a buyer – and skip the work, risk, and expense of getting their home “market ready”.

Yet the folks I talk to are also looking to get a good price for their homes – they want full market value, without the hassles of actually going on the market. They want to have their cake and eat it too, but my Bay Area Home Buyers network was born out of the desire to meet exactly that demand.

My job is to provide a wide range of selling options to my clients, and to give my best advice on which of those options will best meet my client’s objectives…all the while acting in their best interests, as is required by my fiduciary responsibility as a licensed California real estate broker and REALTOR®.

For years, the only option for most Bay Area home sellers has been to list their property on the market, try to sell it yourself, or hold on to it hoping that a terrific offer just falls from the sky at the right time. Over decades in the business, I’ve amassed a wide network of Bay Area Home Buyers who are looking for homes at all price points, throughout the greater Bay Area.
