A: Great question! We don’t determine the offer price on your house. We can discuss with you the range of prices of the offers you’re likely to receive, but the actual offers themselves will come from our network of buyers. These buyers are a mixture of private individuals and LLCs and each would make their own offer based on their own determination of value for your property.
Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
